Happy Birthday Son

Today is my son’s birthday. He is 23. He is pure joy for and to me and my husband. He is seeking and following Christ. He coaches football…oh HE LOVES FOOTBALL. He is a science teacher, I love the thought of Middle School students learning from him. I love the thought of him leaning into the Father and influencing young minds, not with any kind of pressure just with an assurance of his own faith and salvation loving on kids that maybe don’t get a lot of love and encouragement from home. I love that he has eyes to see those kids and prays for guidance in that influence. I guess you can tell I just love my son and wish him a really Happy Birthday and THANK God for sharing him with us.

WOW! What a hottie plus!
I love the idea of him teaching that grade level too - especially for all the young guys (like my son) who need as many positive role models as possible!

You are blessed - and so is he to have you as a mom!

How I hope and pray that my kids will love the Lord as your son does. That is so encouraging. My kids are toddlers and when they are young adults I pray that they are passionately serving Jesus with all that is inside of them. Thank you for posting this. I cant wait until I post something like this about my kids 20 years from now.
